The install runs the full perimeter of your roofline, including gable ends and second-story runs. This is hours on a ladder at height, not an afternoon on a step stool.
Low-Voltage Wiring and Transformers
Runs have to be planned around voltage drop and transformer capacity. Get it wrong and the far end of the run is visibly dimmer than the near end.
Cutting and Fitting Channel
Channel is cut to your specific roofline, mitered at corners, and fastened without damaging fascia or creating a water path behind it. Mistakes here show from the street.
Weather Sealing That Lasts Decades
This is exterior work on a Pennsylvania house. Every penetration has to be sealed to survive freeze-thaw cycles for twenty years, not one season.
Warranty Consequences
